Potent heavy duty degreasing agent which is natural, safe, non-toxic and biodegradable. Powerful fragrance, ex-tremely versatile and an ideal replacement for hazardous solvents.

Description:
GP^BIO Eco-Solve is a more effective degreaser than petroleum distillates yet does not contain the hazards associ-ated with butyl or harsh alkalies. It is biodegradable, non-toxic and considerably less harmful to humans than tra-ditional solvents and degreasers. It has a powerful highly pleasing scent which smells clean and natural.

Solvent Replacement:
GP^BIO Eco-Solve can replace a wide variety of products, including mineral spirits, methyl ethyl ketone, acetone, toluene, glycol ethers, and of course fluorinated and chlorinated organic solvents. As with most organic solvents, d-Limonene is not water soluble, so it can be used in the typical water separation units. With a KB value of 67, GP^BIO Eco-Solve has solubility properties close to that of CFC’s, indicating that it is a much better solvent than a typical mineral spirit. It is a direct substitute for most other organic solvents.

Safer:
GP^BIO Eco-Solve is a very versatile natural product which can be used in a wide variety of applications. It is ex-tremely safe, non-toxic, biodegradable and more effective than typical harsh caustic or acidic cleaning solutions.

Heavy Duty Degreasing:
GP^BIO Eco-Solve is an incredibly effective degreaser for shops, floors, work benches, tools, mechanical repairs, and machinery. It can be used to wash large equipment and trucks. It cleans up tar, asphalt, and heavy crude oil. It can even be used to loosen rusted bolts, remove unwanted paint stains and clean brushes and rollers. Addi-tional contact time is needed for challenging applications (15 mins.)

Concrete Cleaning:
GP^BIO Eco-Solve will usually clean graffiti (including effectively replacing xylene in graffiti removers) off concrete because of its ability to remove paint. It can be used as a maintenance cleaner for concrete pads, parking com-plexes, and airport runways. The oils and greases that drip from cars can be lifted off concrete. When it is applied to oil spots it can further be absorbed with a solid media such as kitty litter or oil absorptive pads. GP^BIO Eco-Solve can be used for removing oil and fork lift tire marks in warehouses, and removing rubber marks in airport runways.

Release Agent:
GP^BIO Eco-Solve can be used at various levels for a release agent that is sprayed on the beds of tar and asphalt trucks before picking up their loads to facilitate easy unloading. It’s an excellent replacement for diesel fuels com-monly used in this application that are less suited to be dumped on the ground. It will not readily freeze (-90°C freezing point) and is great for underground storage through cold winters.

Spot & Stain Removal:
GP^BIO Eco-Solve can effectively remove ink, oil, grease, paint, tar, bubble gum, and asphalt. It is excellent at cleaning and removing ink from rollers and presses.

Marine Vessels:
GP^BIO Eco-Solve applications include degreasing diesel engines and bearings, removal of heavy carbon deposits, cleaning of slop hoses, cleaning and recycling of oil filters for extended life, and general duty ship maintenance.
