Bacterial cultures are uniquely cultivated from South African soils giving them a massive home ground performance advantage. They metabolize much faster, reproduce quicker and survive longer. Critically our products are EDTA free and are far more environmentally friendly. Bacillus bacteria are extremely intelligent. They determine what type of organic problem they are being applied to, and then selectively produce the right combination of enzymes to effectively digest their intended target. The process is similar to how your stomach automatically knows how to break down different food types, only our products are exponentially more powerful. The incredible thing is that once the target has effectively been neutralized, the only by-products of this process are water and carbon dioxide. Long after traditional harsh chemicals have stopped working, our bacteria and enzymes are tirelessly soldiering away on a microscopic level for many hours, days or even weeks later, depending on application.
GPBIO Kitchen Multi-Surface Cleaner is a potent odourless and colourless product which can be safely used in the food industry, and conforms to the HACCP safety system. It is a highly advanced microbial cleaning agent which penetrates any porous surface to rapidly degrade and eliminate fats, oils and greases and all other organic build ups with a special high lipase action.
It is tested and approved to be non-corrosive. The blend of various bacteria and enzymes ensures immediate cleaning properties, comparable or stronger than similar harsh chemicals while helping to eliminate odour causing bacteria and build ups on a long term basis. All food preparation surfaces should be sanitized after using GPBIO Kitchen Multi-Surface Cleaner with a suitably approved disinfectant.

Optimum Conditions for use:
Bacteria and enzymes in GPBIO Kitchen Multi-Surface Cleaner Concentrate perform within a pH range of 5.5 to 8.5 with the optimum near pH 7.0. Temperature affects the activity of the working solution and action increases with the rising temperature up to 49°C. No activity can be expected below 4°C.
